A Rack of Lamb is a dinner that stands the test of time. Typically 8 or 9 points, simply roast in the oven with fresh vine tomatoes, garlic & rosemary surrounding the meat. We source our lamb directly from the Dorrigo Plateau. It is from a meat breed called Hampshire Down, known for natural marbling qualities.
