Lamb Loin Roast


We source our lamb directly from the Dorrigo Plateau. It is from a meat breed called Hampshire Down, known for natural marbling qualities.  Taste the difference of a “meat sheep” compared to a cross-breed that is used for both wool and meat.

Our Lamb Loin Roasts are a favourite for a dinner that is sure to impress. We bone the whole Lamb Loin and roll it with fresh Dorrigo Garlic and Rosemary. Just cook in the oven and serve with seasonal veggies for a simple yet elegant meal.
